Satwant Atwal Trivedi is a 1996 batch Indian female police officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre. For twenty long years from 1996 to 2023, he has efficiently held several important posts under the Government of Himachal Pradesh including Anti-Corruption Bureau, ADGP State Vigilance and CID and Intelligence Force. On 2 January 2024, the Government of Himachal Pradesh appointed him as Director General of Police.

Satwant Atwal Trivedi was born in 1972 in a middle-class family in Bilaspur, Chhatrisgarh. He completed his primary education from Auckland School, a local school in Bilaspur, he had a keen interest in studies since childhood. He was quite interested in sports and physical education along with education while studying at his school Auckland. She heard from her school teacher that there were no women IPS officers in her state so she wanted to become an IPS officer. After completion of school education admitted for higher studies from "BID College Shimla" Gold medalist in Clinical Psychology. After completing his education he dreamed of joining the Indian Administrative Department and started preparing for the Union Public Civil Service Exam. He was selected as an Indian Police Officer in 1996 after establishing three times his cadre was Himachal Pradesh.

Education Qualification : - 

Satwant Atwal Trivedi completed his primary education from Auckland School, a local school in Bilashpur, Chhatrisgarh. Now admitted for examination Shimla BID College, Graduate and Gold Medalist in Clinical Psychology from there. He also holds a diploma from the FBI, an American investigative agency.

Family : - 

Satwant Atwal Trivedi was born in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh to his father an Indian IAS officer and his mother a homemaker. He had no other siblings. Her husband is currently an Indian IPS officer.
