Aftermath Or Comment On Current West Bengal State Government : -

He strongly condemned the Panchayat elections in the West Bengal, prominent filmmaker Arpana Sen, who became the land acquisition movement against the Left Front government in Nandigram and Singur and supported the Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee. On July 21222, he commented, "None of us wanted this change".

The Left Front (CPIM) was in power before the grassroots government of West Bengal came to power. The then government took away the farmer's land (Singur and Nandigram) for the purpose of industrialization of the state, and started working there. At that time, the respected people of the state very much condemned the state government's policy. And one of the then opposition leader Mamata Banerjee supported was the filmmaker Arpana Sen.

He presented a written letter against violence in the Panchayat elections in 2021 to the State Government. He said, "What the left government did at that time was wrong. The gangsters of the left party did not allow the people to vote, then we needed to change. But we never wanted it."

He told reporters at a function organized by the Association for Production of Democratic Rights at the Mahabadhi Society Hall of Arpana Sen Kolkata. "Due to the panchayat vote, about 12 people have lost their lives in the last 5 days. Multiple people have disappeared, you will not deny this responsibility as the Chief Minister of the state.

Without denying the constitutional responsibility of the Election Commission, it can be said that the responsibility of the present anarchy is mainly the Government of West Bengal and goes to you. The central forces and the Election Commission have to rely on the administration.

The government elected by the people should immediately introduce a neutral administrative system to protect the lives, livelihoods and property of the people of the state.
