Daljit Singh Chaudhary is a 1990 batch IPS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his police career he handled several important posts under Uttar Pradesh Government very efficiently. Later he was under the central government and held several positions. Earlier he served as Director General of Central Reserve Task Force CRPF under Government of India. He is currently appointed by the Government of India as the Director General of the "Sashastra Sena Bal" (SSB) guarding the Indo-Nepal border.
