Let's see who is Byron? His home is Murshidabad, West Bengal, his father is a businessman and social worker. Her father owns several bidi factories and nursing homes in Murshidabad. After high school, Byron joined Biswas and his father in the family business.

Left Congress candidate Byron Biswas won by surprise when the election was held in his vacant seat. Debashish Banerjee stood for Trinamool and Dilip Saha stood for BJP in the Sagardighi assembly elections. After the election results, it can be seen that BJP candidate Dilip Saha got (20211) votes, Trinamool Congress candidate Debashish Banerjee got (49607) votes, and Dam Congress supported candidate Byron Biswas got (70603) votes.

The Left Congress alliance came to power after defeating the Trinamool Congress by nearly twenty thousand votes. After the release of Sagardighi election results, a Trinamool spokesperson said, "We won in Sagardighi by 50,000 votes in the 2021 assembly elections." Today on May 29 Mande Congress MLA Sagardighi Byron Biswas officially joined the Trinamool Congress. In 2023, after the death of the Trinamool Congress MLA from Sagardighi, there was a re-election, where National Congress-backed Byron Biswas reached the West Bengal Legislative Assembly as the only Congress MLA.

Byron Biswas' house was raided by the Income Tax Department on December 20, 2013. Around 75 lakh rupees have been recovered from his own house and his nursing home after a continuous search for 9 hours. Income tax department officials now believe that more money is likely to be recovered. MLA Byron Biswas said the money was his own, he had kept to pay the salaries of the workers working in his company. Political tension has started in West Bengal politics.
