Austin Metcalf, a student at Frisco Memorial High School in Frisco, Texas, was stabbed by a classmate on Wednesday morning.

According to local police, Austin Metcalf, 17, was a student at Frisco Memorial High School. Around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, he and fellow student Carmelo Anthony got into an argument at David Quintessential Stadium, which led to a fight.

Local police were immediately notified that Carmelo Anthony stabbed Austin Metcalf multiple times before police arrived. Police arrived and took his bloody body to a local hospital, where doctors pronounced Austin dead.

Carmelo Anthony has been charged with murder and is in police custody.

Austin Metcalf's father, Jeff Metcalf, told the media that Metcalf and Anthony were arguing and Metcalf's older brother was there when he was killed in front of them. His brother tried his best to stop his bleeding and was taken to the hospital. His grandfather died in his arms. Info

We had high hopes for Metcalf. He wanted to do great things in life when he grew up and our family had full faith that he would do great things in life. An accident destroyed all dreams.
