Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell was arrested and booked into the Baker County Jail by local police on Monday morning for allegedly burglarizing a Detroit Lake home.

Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell was ushered into a home on Detroit Lakes and he said in his Facebook post that his known relatives live in this house. He came to visit his relatives because they were ill for a long time.
Nicole Mitchell went to fetch some of her deceased father's belongings : -
Nicole Mitchell said in her statement that her father and her stepmother lived in the house. Some time ago his father died, due to which he came to take some things from his father's house.
That's when his stepmother, complained to the police. As soon as the complaint was made, the police came to the house and started investigating the house. Mitchell's black hat and black beanie were found in the house during the investigation.
Police arrested Mitchell on Monday morning, and he was produced in local court on Tuesday morning. Cote released him from custody with conditions, after which the next hearing in the case is on June 10.
