Kanchan Kesari was born on 3rd February 1995 in Topa village in Paragraj district of Uttar Pradesh, in a Hindu lower class family. Darun's father was a farmer and his mother worked as a teacher in the local government primary school. Their financial condition as children was very poor, they had a mud house in Topa village in Paragraj area, the house was flooded with rice during the monsoon rains and her mother used to protect themselves from the rain by placing a bucket of gumli. Knowing about their financial condition, he had a strong desire to do something from his childhood.

She was a very bright student from the beginning, she was first in the final result in every class. The next day her husband bought a board and helped her shoot the video. But there was also a problem in shooting the video, the house they were staying in was at the crossroads. They decided to shoot the video after 12:00 p.m. as there were cars driving around all the time so they couldn't shoot the video with car horns. Kanchan Kishori mam used to do all the household chores by 10 pm and ready to make the video after dinner, and her husband would come from office and get ready after taking rest. After midnight when the traffic on the road near the house was very less, her husband would set-up the light and Kesari mam would shoot the video. In this way, one by one, videos are uploaded to the YouTube channel. And seeing his YouTube video quality and requirement, subscribers from different parts of India subscribe to YouTube channel. Currently, his YouTube channel has 1 crore 30 lakh subscribers.
